HOW DO YOU WALK THE WALK YOU TALK- Fellowship Hall, 110 B

Taught by Glen Schofield
This study will have a couple weeks of introducing the ministries of the Holy Spirit followed by the Precepts booklet, "Walk the Walk You Talk". Using a combination of topical studies on the Holy Spirit and inductive-Precepts, there will be very little homework as the class will discover how God has given us the Guide to live the Christian life. As the Christian experiences the fruits of the Spirit, they will never be satisfied with the flesh again. The call is for the believer to yield to the Spirit's prompting regularly.

Precept booklets available for class for $10.

Effective Parenting in a Defective World, Fellowship Hall, 110c

Taught by Craig & Val Ferderer and David & Linda Warren
As effective parents, we need to speak to the hearts of our children as we pass on the knowledge and love for our God to our sons and daughters. We can raise godly children even in our fallen world and even as imperfect parents. Utilizing teachings from Chip Ingram (Effective Parenting in a Defective World) and Dr. Paul David Tripp (Getting to the Heart of Parenting), this class will be discussing and working on being the most effective parents possible, and doing so in an encouraging community. Although useful for all parents, this class is uniquely helpful for parents of children 5 and up.

20's & 30's Class - Room 106

Led by David & Andrea Hara, Ray & Jan Luse and Brian & Shelene Rochelle
This will be an in-depth study through John 13-17, as we look at Jesus' teaching in the Upper Room just before He went to the cross.
